Delete your TreatTally account

Delete from inside the app

Open Crews → Safety & Support → Delete Account, then confirm.

If you own any crews, TreatTally asks you to resolve them first: open Group Management for each crew you own and either transfer ownership to another member or delete the crew. This exists so a crew is never left without an owner to moderate it.

On iPhone, Apple asks you to confirm your identity before deletion completes, and TreatTally also revokes its Sign in with Apple authorization. On Android, signing in with Google requires no separate revocation step.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app or your device, email support@greyparkdevelopment.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm your identity, complete the deletion, and reply once it is done. We aim to respond within 72 hours.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity
• Your profile name and emoji
• Every treat photo you uploaded, removed from storage
• Your treat tallies and your reactions
• Your crew memberships
• Reports you filed and reports naming you
• Any photos still queued on your own device, waiting to upload

What is kept, and why

We keep a record that a moderation action took place — for example that a photo was removed after a safety report — so that the moderation history of a crew stays intact for the people still in it, and so we can demonstrate that reports are acted on. These records are stripped of any link to you: the references to your account, your content, and your reports are cleared as part of the deletion, leaving no way to identify you from them. They contain no photos, names, or email addresses.

Content other members created is not deleted, since it is theirs rather than yours.

Backups are retained on a rolling basis by our hosting provider and age out automatically within 30 days.
